what's up guys welcome to the prx performance home gym hacks episode 1 tips and tricks for you to get the most out of your home gym now today what we're going to go over the preacher curl so how on earth would I do a preacher curl in my home without a preacher bench I'm gonna show you how so here's what you need you need an office chair or some type of Pat that's gonna be able to support the underarms be able to dig those elbows in and you're also gonna need some kind of bench I can guarantee everyone has one of each around their house it's all about improvisation from here so we're gonna grab our barbell we're gonna get set up here now if you're a shorter athlete and you need to be boosted up a little bit grab a set of towels make that little extra edge extra height increase if you're a taller athlete you're just have to get a shorter stool so what I want you to do I want you to get those elbows dug in use that pad as a good support we're gonna grab a barbell keep our elbows tight and we're going to perform our preacher curl simple as that a little improvisation goes a long way guys so I want you to perform four to five sets of 15 to 20 reps depending on how you feel and what kind of program you're doing for the day stay tuned for more tips and tricks on how you can get the most out of your home gym thanks for watching
