Almost one third of Americans sleep less than six hours a night but according to the experts you should really be getting a full eight hours of sleep each night. Aside from the amount of sleep you get, another factor that can have a strong impact on your sleep quality could be your nightly routine — whether you watch TV or use your phones before bed.
