How do exercise bikes work Ok the common misconception is that you can just get right in and exercise bike without adjusting the seat

And it will look just like this, very cramped You want to make sure you get some sort of extension in your legs so what I'm going to do is adjust the seat with the notch on my right side Push it back and I want to make sure my feet extends but my legs are still slightly bent So this is a little bit too long for me I'm going to push the seat down a little bit more And then I'm just going to relax in the seat comfortably

Now this feels much better I have a fluid motion and my legs aren't hyper extending From here you just follow the settings on the front screen, you have a quick start option and different options that tells you what type of program you want to do And you can change your resistance by using the levels, set the time if you want to go twenty minutes The machine will set it up for twenty minutes

It will stop you at twenty minutes for a cool down So this is the basics of using an exercise bike Fairly simple I think the most you have to worry about is making sure you have a comfortable position in your seat and then you are ready to go
