St Louis In Home Personal Training: Necessary Equipment

Hi, my name is Clint Schambach and I am an in home personal trainer and bootcamp instructor with Level Up Fitness in St Louis, MO I help people address their fat loss and weight loss problems and develop workouts and fitness programs for people who have grown frustrated going to their local gyms, fitness center, and health club bootcamps, and just want to able to do personal training in the comfort of their own home

One question that I get asked quite often when people are thinking about starting in home personal training is what equipment will I need to buy in order to workout at home? They want to know if they are going to need to go buy some bulky home gym or spend a lot more money on new dumbbells or free weights Not everyone lives close to a gym, fitness center or health club, or they have a difficult schedule and working out at home is just a lot more convenient The good news is that you will not need to buy any additional weight loss equipment if you already own some, and if you don’t own any equipment, you won’t need to buy any to start Most in home personal trainer’s have the ability to bring their own equipment with, or are very good at designing bodyweight workouts If you already own a gym at home or any various pieces of fitness equipment, your personal trainer may or may not choose to incorporate that, and that can be dependent on what you discuss at the beginning of your in home personal training
