Weight Loss Update 10 + Home Gym Equipment Essentials | Keila Keto

hi guys it's Keila I am back with another weight loss weigh-in huh this week was actually a really good we were thinking yes that concealer is bothering me as well I forgot to put my darker concealer with my light one I don't know how I missed that step so yeah you can let me know in the comments down below the struggle of my concealer because I've been editing for a full hour and I am just so over seeing that concealer the perfectionist in me wanted to scrap this video but the black girl of me that was filling her hair was like just post it and forget about it so that's what I'm gonna do keep on watching the video I also wanted to show you guys what I usually do for the gym I don't like going to the traditional gym so I have accumulated things from Amazon and Target where I have basically an at-home gym so I wanted to show you guys just in case you too don't feel comfortable going to the gym or don't want to break out the money for a gym membership and these are some of the things that I've been using to try to just keep me active so we're gonna go ahead and get straight into the how much I lost this week it was actually a pretty good week last week I was to 126 I believe and that has been from fluctuating up and down for the past four weeks and this morning I weighed myself and I weigh 210 point eight I'm so close to be single-digit is liberating like I all I need to do is pee and burning up the pounds gonna be lost so I'm super excited I it's just making me more and more aware that I'm so close to being under 200 which you guys you can't see my last couple of videos I think I mentioned I've never been after 200 like the last time I was under 200 was fifth grade yeah that's right fifth grade so that has been ingrained in my head that like I am about to be lower than what I weighed in fifth grade let that sink in yes yes go ahead and have the comments I was a hefty child then literally probably fifteen years since I've been this week so that's super exciting and it's just motivating me more I would be lying to you guys if I didn't tell you it's not an everyday struggle and it's it's I think it's just more so that I'm on this journey alone so I don't have anyone that needs to eat differently or healthier or watch their weight if that makes sense so it's really a self a self assessment of what I need to do because no one else is around me has to follow the same rules as me if that makes sense so I have a lot of ups some downs but overall I'm just so happy and so excited to be in the 100's like I'm literally ten point nine pounds away from being in the 100 that in himself like I can't even I can't even think about it I definitely I've lost like over 40 pounds like that that's I just thought of that I've lost over 40 pounds it's like finally you don't even understand like when you're in a weight loss you kind of go in increments of 10 so yeah I can't wait to lose 20 pounds oh my god 30 pounds oh my god 40 pounds alright so I have been teeter-tottering between like 37 pounds and 39 pounds of 36 pounds and 38 pounds so like fluctuating up how many pounds I've lost and I was like I need that this forty pound weight loss goal before Thanksgiving that was the goal that was my internal goal of hitting it before Thanksgiving so we're you know a couple weeks shy of that so let's see if I can continue and you never know I might hit being under 200 by Thanksgiving hey but now that we got the weight loss out of the way I wanted to show you guys a couple of things that I've been doing at home to you know be more active I stress that I do want to start going to gym more but I just I am mentally not there to like go to the gym and I know it's all in my head but I've also accumulated a lot of things here at home workout being that I can do so I figured you know there's really no excuse for me not to work out here the one thing that I've been loving it's from fit simply these resistance bands they are literally lifesavers because I'm still fairly new in my fitness goals and fitness capacity I guess it felt if you want to say so these actually work against your weight which is great because I don't work well with weighted things I'm still trying to build up you know the endurance to handle that and but these are great because you're basically using your own body weight to you know fill the burn so I love using these they come from like light – extra heavy I used like the medium and heavy and then sometimes extra heavy if I'm gonna like hold of stance or something like that but honestly just search videos of how to use these because that's all I do or sometimes I like going Pinterest and they give you so many workouts to where it's like there's no excuse for me not to get at least 20-30 minutes and a day I got them on Amazon I'll put a link in the description box below if you want to check them out they're super cheap I think I spent like 11 bucks on me honestly this is not sponsored at all like I wasn't you showing you guys this because I hate going to the gym and I just I don't know why I just don't like going to the gym next is wait I do have actually these are my sisters these are a set of 10-pound weights and so I've been looking up what workouts to do with the dumbbells and since these are kind of lighter than what you would do at the traditional gym I just do an extra set or add more reps or try to like kind of go as long as I can go until I can't like lift anymore so these are great I use this in combination with my ball I'll show you guys my ball I usually sit on this ball when I am filming when I'm doing my makeup when I'm relaxing and it's been a great ball to help with stretching because I've had a lot of back pain since I do work primarily sitting my back has not been the best at a 25 year old but that's okay I've been trying to do more yoga I've been trying to incorporate a little bit more flexibility and meditating and just trying to be the best kala that I can be honestly also I have had my yoga mat for honestly a year and I kind of like tuck it away in the back and it's so funny because it's like things that are important to you or you feel that are like trash you kind of put in the back and you don't really worry about it but it like as soon as I realized that you know I need to start focusing on Fitness whether I'm downstairs at the gym or in my house and as soon as I did that like I brush this off I found it it was in my closet all the way in the back behind like a whole bunch of boxes of clothes so I've been using this my literally every night sometimes I just lay on it when I'm stretching because I've been stretching a lot more now if you don't want to pick up these resistance bands I also have this long resistance band I found this at Target which you probably could find these on sale on Amazon and it probably cheaper but if you don't feel like ordering online you can pick these up at Target and I believe they have resistance bands at Target to you it just it was kind of like an impulse buy for me to wear I saw a video or someone was using it and then I was just like I'm gonna go ahead and get them so that's why I got them on Amazon but I definitely think I've seen mrs

nice man at Target and my sister got these dumbbells from Target so all that she can resolutely get at Target or Amazon whatever want this easiest for you but yeah that's all that I really use for working out as of now I'm more focused on stretching and doing high-volume reps if that makes sense so that way I can you know continue just trying to get used to working out because I do want to make it a part of my job everyday life and I feel like if I go too hard too fast it won't feel natural to me and it won't be a progression where I feel like I can continue on the journey if that makes sense so that's just my thinking and I know probably other people feel that way that you know they go hard on one day and then they're just like I don't like doing anymore so this is easy to just get incorporated into my life and some I usually the resistance band before I go to sleep like right before I'm about to take a shower so there's no excuse for me I'm like yeah I can get sweaty because I might take a shower and go to sleep anyways nothing else I need to do if you guys have any at-home workout routines that you like or any fitness youtubers that you guys were let me know and the comments down below because I'm stalking people right now um it really does hold me accountable looking at new workouts but that's gonna be off for this video as always if you liked these weight-loss updates and want me to make more of them please don't forget to give this video a thumbs up and leave me all the comments in the world don't be low and I will see you guys in the next video what's too far
